A dry end to the day for most, though there could be rain in eastern parts of England and Scotland. And a few showers in parts of Wales.

Overnight, the rain should ease leaving a clear morning for many places, apart from western Scotland.

Thursday will be drier with a few light showers spreading east. Western parts of England and Wales will be brightest.

The showers should clear the UK by evening with increasingly clear spells for central areas, but some rain in western Ireland.

On Friday the south will remain dry. But there'll be rain for much of Wales, northern England and Scotland.
